
In short, it’s Spire’s promise to deliver the best deal possible on our flash sale offerings and Spire Everyday Deals. It’s a bit different for each product, so read on to find out how it works:
Flash Sales: Spire’s Best Deal Guarantee doesn’t just promise the lowest price, it backs our pledge to deliver flash sales that are at least 20% off the lowest comparable offer found anywhere else. If you book a flash sale with Spire then find a Qualifying Deal that debunks our promise to deliver 20% off, we’ll add $100 in credit to your Spire account to be used on a future booking and will refund the difference if you happen to find a lower price.
For example, say you book a flash sale on Spire for $100 per night then you find the same offer on another site for $110 per night. Even though our deal is better, it’s not 20% off as we’ve promised, so we’ll give you a $100 credit to use later.
Spire Everyday Deals: Our Best Deal Guarantee is simple. It promises the lowest price on hotels you book through Spire Everyday Deals. If you happen to find a Qualifying Deal that is lower than the one you booked through Spire, we’ll refund the difference between the price you paid and the Qualifying Deal that you found.
Note: A Qualifying Deal is an identical offer found on another U.S.-based Web site that is lower than the same offer on Spire or, for flash sales only, that is not 20% higher. The Qualifying Deal must satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, as determined by Spire in its sole discretion.

1. The Best Deal Guarantee applies only to hotel room nights or hotel packages booked on the Spire.com Web site. The Best Deal Guarantee does not apply to hotel room nights or hotel packages accessed through the Spire.com Web site but booked through a hotel property’s own reservation system or other non-Spire reservation system that is reached through a link from the Spire.com Web site. There is a limit of one (1) redemption and associated refund and credit per member per deal.
2. A Qualifying Lower Deal must be both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S.-based Web site, and be immediately bookable.
3. In order to be a Qualifying Lower Deal, the lower deal must be for an identical booking (as further described below), in all cases for the same room and bed type, same dates, and same number of guests:
4. Qualifying Lower Deals do not include deals on Web sites where the identity of the hotel, the rate, or other material booking details are opaque or unknown until after purchase (such as Hotwire or Priceline), or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding.
5. The Best Deal Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through, or in combination with, frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, hotel rooms purchased through coupon promotions, hotel rooms won through contests or sweepstakes, or room night stays transferred to the user as part of a non-cash or in-kind transaction.
6. Qualifying Lower Deals do not include rates loaded in error by Spire, online travel agencies, third party travel re-sellers, or a hotel, or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the rates.
7. A Qualifying Lower Deal may not come from a Web site that requires you to call to get the deal, or from an email that you received.
8. A Qualifying Lower Deal may not be a rate negotiated for stays extending beyond fourteen (14) consecutive nights.
9. The Qualifying Lower Deal must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (without reference to currency converters). Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the Best Rate Guarantee.
10. For room-night-only reservations, the Best Deal Guarantee applies only to the base cost, and not to taxes, gratuities, booking fees or service fees. Any charges for taxes, gratuities, booking fees or service fees in a room-night-only reservation are not considered in determining whether you have found a Qualifying Lower Deal. For comparison of packages or bundles, taxes, gratuities, booking fees and service fees are considered only to the extent necessary to make a direct comparison. For example, if the package reserved through Spire includes taxes, gratuities, booking fees or fees in the package price, then the comparable offering from another provider must also contain the same applicable taxes, gratuities, booking fees or service fees in order to be a Qualifying Lower Deal, and vice versa.

1. To submit a refund request, you must send an email (dated between your completed reservation confirmation on Spire and before the end of the live sale on Spire to which you are referring) post-booking to support@Spire.com containing the following information:
2. To be a Qualifying Lower Deal, the lower deal must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by Spire. All requests are subject to Spire' verification. Spire reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified by Spire, or for which you have provided incomplete information. If we are unable to replicate the lower deal, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation. While Spire may accept screenshots as evidence of a lower price, not all screen shots shall constitute adequate documentation of a Qualified Lower Deal. Spire reserves the right, at its sole option, to reject refund requests where Spire is unable to replicate a claimed lower deal, even in cases where a screen shot purporting to show the lower rate is presented to Spire.
3. Spire's decisions regarding refunds are final. By submitting a Best Deal Guarantee request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Spire' decisions. Spire will not grant any Best Deal Guarantee request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith. There is a limit of one (1) redemption and associated refund and credit per member per deal.
4. After we verify your claim and we receive all required documentation, you will receive a refund of the difference within thirty (30) days. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the credit card you used to pay for your Spire reservation. Your $100 credit will be added to your Spire Account within thirty (30) days. There is a limit of one (1) redemption and associated refund and credit per member per deal.

1. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, differences of less than Five Dollars ($5) between a rate booked through the Spire.com Web site and a Qualifying Lower Rate shall not be subject to the Best Deal Guarantee and shall not be refunded.
2. The Best Deal Guarantee does not apply to reservations made by travel agents, agents or employees of travel agencies, or by agents or employees of hotels.
3. In no case shall Spire be liable to refund any amount beyond the difference between the price you actually paid through Spire and the Qualifying Lower Deal. You shall not be entitled to a refund of the entire amount that you paid through Spire, if you reserve room nights through another provider and your Spire reservation is otherwise non-cancelable pursuant to the terms of the reservation.
4. Spire reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Deal Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Best Deal Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the Spire.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Best Deal Guarantee and the Best Deal Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the Spire.com web site.
5. Spire's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The terms contained in the Spire User Agreement are incorporated and made a part of these Terms and Conditions. The Best Deal Guarantee shall be void where prohibited by law.
