Frequently Asked Questions - Canceling or changing reservations

Unlike limited-time deals on other travel sites, Spire lets you change or cancel your plans, subject to a few simple terms and conditions. Please contact our luxury travel specialists for assistance. Occasionally, a hotel requires a 100% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking in order to receive promotional rates or other special offers. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the Spire site.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to reservations booked through other travel companies, directly with hotels, or through other means outside of Spire. Our luxury travel specialists would be pleased to assist you in making a substitute reservation, of course. However, you will need to cancel the original reservation using the original method or site.
