When you book a hotel through Spire, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your reservation. You can also see Upcoming Reservations and Past Reservations on your Account page. If you can’t locate your reservation, please contact our luxury travel specialists for assistance.

Currently, the Spire site allows you to book only one room at a time. You’ll need to book each room separately, or contact our luxury travel specialists for assistance.

Although rates may fluctuate across different nights and travel periods, and occasionally lower-priced rooms do sell out, Spire rates are always at least 30% less than deals you’ll see anywhere else for a given night. We back that with the Spire Best Deal Guarantee.

Unlike limited-time deals on other travel sites, Spire lets you change or cancel your plans within 72-hours after booking and at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
