We are very interested in receiving comments about Spire hotels to help us to determine which properties maintain the high standards that we expect. Unfortunately, we are not able to serve as your advocate to resolve issues you may have with a particular hotel arising from a past stay. For those purposes, your best recourse is to contact the hotel directly and speak with the hotel manager.
