Black Tomato: Peak Heli-ski Experience in the Alps

Image of someone enjoying the Peak Heli-ski on the Alps

Put a twist on your skiing this year with this adrenaline fueled heli-skiing adventure to the snow-covered peaks of Switzerland, France and Italy. Ski three countries in five days! Start in Verbier, Switzerland, wing it across the Italian Alps to your deluxe chalet in Courmayeur, and end your trip on the chic and stylish slopes of Chamonix in France. The private pilots and expert ski guides from our partner, Black Tomato, will whisk you high into the mountains of all three countries to test your skills on some of the world's most exciting and challenging slopes.

By the way, you don't need to be an excellent skier. Each trip is tailored to the level of expertise in the group, and you'll set out with the best equipment, a top instructor and guide, a highly trained and experienced pilot, and a state-of-the-art helicopter to fly you to remote and hard-to-access slopes blanketed in virgin powder snow. Flying in small groups, you'll be a world away from those maddening crowded resorts and tiresome lift queues. Exhilarating skiing, only the best accommodations and fun Euro-style après ski—that's what I call a peak experience.

I've done the more rugged and hardcore heli-ski exursions in Alaska and British Columbia -and had a blast - but this could be a nice change. Cham is supposed to have some awesome out of bounds skiing.  And I like the sound of luxury accomodations and apres ski, Euro style. Let's hope Europe has a good snowfall predicted!
